Digitalized or not, my aim is to help organizations thrive and be great places to work by developing leadership excellence.

Whether we have the whole organization, a department or a team in view, success depends on the quality of leadership, collaboration and decision-making.

I work with partners and customers to design and deliver top-class learning and development solutions for leaders.

My work is pragmatic and solidly founded with years of operative experience in various industries. An education in systems thinking, ten years with the Management Zentrum St. Gallen and insights from behavioral and neurosciences enable me to deliver original and effective solutions.

With more 25 years of international work experience, I have managed projects for customers in Europe, Asia and the US and have worked successfully with people from over 50 different countries.

Learning that counts

Designing and delivering learning that counts is my passion and core competence.
